Still Here

This performance introduces a pocket of stillness within the urban flow. By occupying a chair in a space of transit, the work creates an unusual presence that exists alongside the city’s momentum. The repetition of the act, varying attire and demeanor, investigates how subtle shifts in the social mask alter public perception. It serves as a study in visibility and internal stillness, transforming the performer into a static landmark within the moving crowd. Ultimately, this minimalist intervention maps the threshold of normalcy, questioning what it means to simply "be" in a world designed for constant movement.
